FNMA and FHLMC have recently expressed concerns about AMCs sending appraisers far away from their home base to areas outside of the appraiser’s area of geographic competence to perform appraisals.

If delays are encountered we will keep the client apprised of the length of the delay and the reason through our 24/7 on line tracking system.
